Complete an application for your favorite property. We will send application fee, proof of funds (paystub), and prior rental history with your application.

Once your application is accepted, anticipate the landlord or property manager sending a residential lease contract. This will include all leasing terms and restrictions.

Conduct a final walk-through of the property taking note of the property condition upon move-in.
