  • Market Your Home

    We will develop a strategic plan to market your property. This will include professional photography of the home, as well as an online strategy to draw in potential buyers.

  • Showing Your Home

    We will decide together on how to handle showings. We can set parameters as to the hours and days that showings are allowed, and how to notify you in advance.

  • Accept an Offer

    Determine the strongest offer considering price, financing, sentiment, and more.

  • Under Contract

    Once under contract, there are a few contingencies on the contract before we close. Common contingencies include; Inspection, Financing, and Appraisal.

  • Closing Day

    We will schedule a closing date with the title company. Right before closing, the buyer will have the right to walk through the home and make sure any agreed-upon repairs were completed and the property is in good condition.⁣
